Who you are contracting with
Window Cleaning Management System ("the Service", "we", "us", "the seller") operates and sells this service. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and that you are at least 18 years old.
The Service
The Service is a subscription software application for window cleaning businesses: customer records, recurring round scheduling, daily job lists, route planning, invoicing, payment tracking, expenses and income reporting. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan for the duration of your subscription.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may update or change features over time.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive;
- send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
- interfere with the Service's security, including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, or scraping the Service;
- reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits of the Service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter (customers, jobs, invoices and so on). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.
Payments and subscriptions
The Service is offered with a 14-day free trial, followed by a monthly subscription of £25 per month unless you cancel. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller and are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. When your access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period; you can request an export of your data before deletion by contacting us.
Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
General
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
